Restock Subscription Order Form
This Subscription Order Form (this "Order") is entered into between Restock, Inc. ("Restock") and the customer identified below ("Customer"), and incorporates Restock's Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum. By accepting this Order, Customer subscribes to the plan and seats below and agrees to the fees, term, and conditions stated herein.
1. Order details
Seats included in the plan are shown above; additional seats are billed at the plan's per-seat overage rate. Annual plans prepay 12 months at a 10% discount and auto-renew annually. Taxes, where applicable, are additional.
2. Fees and payment
Customer authorizes Restock (and its payment processor, Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for the recurring fees above, in advance, each billing period, until this Order is cancelled in accordance with the Terms of Service. Seat changes take effect on the next billing period and are prorated where required. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Terms.
3. Term, renewal, and cancellation
This Order begins on the Start date and runs for the committed term shown in §1 above, regardless of whether fees are billed monthly or prepaid annually. At the end of the committed term the Order renews automatically for successive periods of the same length unless Customer cancels before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.
How to cancel depends on the plan. On Marketplace, Customer can cancel in the in-app billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage plan). On Studio, Scale, and Pro, self-serve cancellation is turned off in the billing portal while the committed term is running; Customer should reach us through the contact form, which is the route that reaches a person today. 4. Authority
The individual accepting this Order represents that they are authorized to bind the Customer and that the Customer is a legitimate business entity. Acceptance is recorded with the signer's name, title, and a timestamp, and constitutes an electronic signature under applicable e-signature law (e.g., the U.S. ESIGN Act).
