Cancellation & refund policy

Subscription term

Platform plans (Studio, Scale, Pro) are sold on a 12-month term that auto-renews for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Marketplace plan is billed monthly at $299/mo on a month-to-month basis with no minimum term — cancel any time in the in-app billing portal and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Cancellation

Marketplace. You can cancel from the in-app billing portal ("Manage plan" in Settings → Billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the billing month you have paid for.

Studio, Scale, and Pro. Self-serve cancellation is turned off in the billing portal while the 12-month term is running. To cancel, or to talk through your options, use the contact form — it reaches a person and is the fastest route to us.

Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, tell us through the contact form within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.

Trials

Marketplace does not include a free trial. Where a platform plan is set up with a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends; cancel before it ends to avoid any charge.
