Cancellation & refund policy

Subscription term

Platform plans (Studio, Scale, Pro) are sold on a 12-month term that auto-renews for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Marketplace plan is month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal at any time from the in-app billing portal or by emailing billing@restock.supply. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid term.

Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact billing@restock.supply within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.

Trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends; cancel before it ends to avoid any charge.
