This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on the Restock platform (the "Service"), operated by Restock, Inc. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and applies to every Customer and User. You are responsible for your Users' compliance.

You may not use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any illegal activity, or to store or transmit content that is unlawful. This includes:

You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or other communications in violation of anti-spam laws. Communications sent through the platform must be related to legitimate business between the parties and must honor opt-out requests.

You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any person, or to engage in conduct that is discriminatory or that incites harm.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without Restock's prior written authorization. The Service is licensed for use by the Customer and its authorized Users only.

7. Enforcement and suspension

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and cooperate with law enforcement. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may, with or without notice depending on the severity and risk: remove or disable offending content, throttle or restrict functionality, suspend Users or the Workspace, or terminate the Agreement. Where practical and not prohibited, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. We may act immediately without prior notice to protect the Service, other tenants, or third parties from imminent harm.

To report a violation of this AUP, suspected security issue, or other abuse, contact legal@restock.supply. For security vulnerabilities specifically, please follow the responsible disclosure process in the Trust Center and email security@restock.supply.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
